That seems plainly obvious to me, EVERYTHING that Arum has said indicates that he is not interested in making that fight.

Arum will paint a picture that makes it look like there was a problem within the Mayweather camp, and then hastily arrange another Top Rank exhibition match.

And Pacquiao's appallingly ignorant fanbase will wholeheartedly agree.
