It looks like this fight is going to happen. All involved -- Gamboa, Rios, even Arum -- want it ASAP.

Adrien Broner would murder Caballero, Salido, Rios, and Juanma. Probably in the same night. I'm tired of even hearing about these other bums. What if Gary Russell called these guys out? They know what would happen. Career suicide!

I still think Gamboa would take this fight.

Gamboa has touched down a few times, but he's never been badly hurt. He's been caught off balance in earlier fights, but that's it, and he's fixed that problem in recent years. I think Gamboa would dominate with speed, outbox Rios with relative ease and take it via wide UD. Gamboa is a tremendous fighter, even if small.

Say what you will but neither Juanma nor Gamboa seemed all too eager to fight Caba a few years back and there was a reason for that but wasn't he talking retirement earlier this year guess he changed his tune.

Caba v John would be a good bout but he'd have to go to Indonesia probably.

What on God's earth makes you think that Broner could even compete with Rios, please explain?

Gamboa's speed quickness and fast hands will give Rios problems I see Gamboa out boxing him winning by SD

broner is too big for 130,he used to fight at lightweight but for some reason went down in weight, probably to have adavantages,he's just waiting for rios to go to 140 and then he'll move up...i think a fight between him and gamboa would be good though,i think actually they'll hesitate to do anything afraid of each others power

i agree, actually it was gamoba who called out rios, rios said a week ago that this coming fight was his last at lightweight but will stay if gamboa indeed is serious when he said he wanted to fight him...that would be a great fight
