Broner vs gamboa

I think Gamboa is moving up and needs a big test before he fights EIOS and this can be a winner take all who gets that fight and a bigger payday. IMO both are better technicians than RIOS but RIOS just keeps coming and is pretty strong for this weight division. What do you guys think. Golden Boy and Top Rank would have to work together to make this happen. Very good undercard fight for FLOYD and Manny.
