1% chance
david would have to land every shot he throws- and then it would be a points win lol
And Vitali the greatest chin in the history of any sport?!? Bit of statement to make. And what great punchers has Vitali fought to test this? Solis? Danny Williams? Briggs? Clown.
Haye would have a punchers chance. That is all. Vitali would be more prone to opening up against Haye just because it seems like Vitali really wants to end this Haye; which could play into Haye's hands if he lands.
But his chance is small. Vitali would probably KO him.

I give Haye a small chance because there's always the possibility Vitali gets an injury. That's the only way Haye wins imo

no one has ever even hurt vitali never mind come close to knocking him out
vitali has the greatest chin in the history of any type of combat
if vitali was in goliaths place- he probably woulda lasted the sling shot- david (the king- not the toe) would have won that fight on points

Either it's a one-sided beatdown or a 1st round KO in favor of Vitali
Sustained damage or humiliation which would be better idk leaning toward humiliation
