Question. How Does Ariza's Interview On Arum, Change The OSDT Hold Up?

I know Arum is wrong for not aggressively pursuing a Pac vs Mayweather bout. I understand this.

But how does this change the fact that Pac has refused OST for the last 2 years?

Unless Arum has made Pac refuse testing for the last 2 years, and made Roach, Ariza, and Konz flip flop on their OST stance, I still don't see how this fight gets made even if Bob Arum is taken out of the equation.

Point is, Bob Arum has been a constant problem, but so is OST.

Besides calling me "******" or whatever kind of insult you can think of, can someone answer this question.

I didn't want to start a thread because I know there's a million threads about Pac and Mayweather already on NSB. But I tried asking this question in many theads and I can't get 1 answer. Not one.

I see people answering posters like Tatangb45 when he says that's not Ariza's voice on the audio, but I can't get 1 honest answer about this. I don't understand.

well, pac and co said testing is no longer an issue, so unless that is false there is no osdt hold up.

of course, we have to wait and see how the actual negotiations occur to know if that is true or not.

Maybe Arum is allowing himself to get used as a smokescreen, so the real issues don't get addressed.

Pac came out and said he wants this fight, He said testing isnt a problem anymore and am happy with that, I dont want to go back into the past surrounding this fight, Mayweather says he wants to fight in May 2012, Pac said LIVE on skysports that he wants the fight and hopes "The promoter doesnt have a problem with it" which tells me arum has been the only one with the problem all along...

True, but based on history, Pac's meaning of accepting testing is either:

              a. going by the commission rules because Mayweather's not the commission.

              b. Accepting OSDT with some sort of cutoff.

Based on the Pac's history, this is his way of saying he accepts the test and there are no problems.

It is false...they always say testing is no issue, then a day later, they will say they're not agreeing, then the next day they say, Floyd is not the commission, then the next day they say they already agreed...always contradicts themselves over and over again

Pacquiao also said that he'd fight Mayweather winner take all, point being that he just says things that people want to hear. Quoting what he says to the media or his fans means nothing. It's easy for him to come out and say that he wants Mayweather and that testing isn't a problem, then hide behind Arum. Put Roach in that same category. People need to wake up.

Well its been reported clearly that there is NO PROBLEM with testing , so we can only go on face value of that and wait and see if it raises it head in negotiation , the problem is getting them into negotiation with an aim to making the fight , I doubt Arums true intentions of making the fight more than OST problems , I dont think there is a negotiation demand problem, I think the fight has not been made because Arum has never wanted it , OST was just a red herring by Arum to avoid the fight .

The situation is good for the fight , even Arum is backed into a corner to get made , who ever bails out on this now will recieve the wrath of boxing fans all over the world , we want May vs Pac and its time they deliver .
