Same as Margarito, PRicans assume he used plaster against Cotto, But since any member of Cotto's team wasnt clever and responsable enough to supervise Margarito's handwraps... is just an assumption.

Assumptions do not equal truth--and it works both ways. It's an assumption to suggest that he used plaster against Cintron (as Cintron himself has claimed) but there is evidence to suggest foul play in the Cotto fight. One cannot prove a negative (that he didn't do it) and though we have evidence of his use of plaster, it is not conclusive for the Cotto fight.

Were it not for the scandal the night of the Mosley fight, perhaps no one would have looked twice.

Whatever the case, your larger point has merit. It is possible that one can look guilty as hell and be innocent. Conversely, one can look innocent and be guilty as hell. Truth is easy to see, but difficult to uncover.

Sorry, he was NOT a proven cheater. It's about time you changed that tune. I get sort of fed up going over this thing all the time. I didn't realise there are so many people with reading comprehension.

If you read the OFFICIAL reports, you'd have seen (I'm assuming you didn't)that Margarito was found to NOT KNOW anything about the used pad (the USED PAD..not the PLASTERED PAD) but got a year's penalty (a trivial penalty for a trivial offence) because "HE WAS THE HEAD OF HIS TEAM". This was the OFFICIAL report of the finding s result about Margarito's connection with it.

And I'll put up real money if you can show me anything different, not what some yellow rag sensation report says, but the OFFICIAL report.
