of course margarito had plaster in his wraps in his fight with cotto. you don't just start doing that in one big fight. he was most likely using plaster in his wraps in his sparring sessions also. he not only should've been banned for life, but he, his trainers and his promoter should've all went to jail for attempted murder. any other promoter would've distance themselves immediately, what did scumbag bob do? he takes him to mexico to fight even though he's under a year suspension, which pretty lets me know how much he knew about margarito's wraps in all of his fights including the cotto bout and for a promoter to allow one of his fighters to nearly beat to death another one of his fighters not only shows how much of a sociopathic cretin his is, but also that he's one of the most de****able human beings to walk the face of the earth.

First, he admits that the New York Commission wouldn't allow him to wrap the hands like he ALWAYS DOES. There can only be one reason for him not being allowed to wrap the hands that way - it was illegal. Therefore, if that is how he ALWAYS wrapped Tito's hands in the past, the assumption that he always wrapped illegally is not far-fetched . But this time he was forced to wrap the hands in strict accordance to NYSAC rules.
