Well Roy is definitely putting the work in when it comes to training. He's been training hard for this fight for almost 3 months. Hopefully his head can take a shot. If he does then maybe he can pull out another Lacy type of performance.

I guess so? It seems to me that Roy is doing the extra preparation in his training like how he used to do it before he became a champion. From what I heard by individuals that seen him training lately say they haven’t seen RJJ train this hard in a long time. RJJ is trying to regain that Champion form once again. If his head can take the blows and he lets his hands go he might be able to get there. I guess will see in 2 weeks December 10 to see what he has left.

Jones is always gonna look good and he's definitely the fastest one in the ring whenever he fights. it's his ***n chin!!!

it's roy, so i watch his fights and take a large gasp every time something connects on him
