thats what i was thinking too...he looks small compared to others at 122 like ramos,donaire,vazquez,..he's like canelo, canelo is only like 5'8-5'9 and his frame is small,i doubt he'll be competitive at 160,i guess some boxers were meant to be only at one or two weightclasses the most, and it seems like these two are meant to be at only one, which i see nothing wrong, nowadays everybody wants everyone to go up,nothing wrong with staying at a weight class and dominating for years,

He's chasing Donaire. I'm not sure Arum will let Donaire fight a GBP fighter but since he doesn't have many fighters at the weight he might make it happen. Not to mention he loves fighters who can bring that mexican american market.

He used to fight at that weight before maybe him going to 122 can give him more pop on his punches he needs to win by a knockout soon because I don't know were those knockouts on his record came from I hope it was at 122.

That's what I would do if I was a boxer stay until I have to move, because of age or whatever.

So a showdown with Nonito is inevitable..... good **** man.

But that is one hell of a tough way to make a living.

x2 but I'm happy to see Mares give Agbeko the rematch. It is certainly warranted considering the piss-poor officiating that went on during the first fight.

Haven't seen Mares since then. Has he learned top keep his punches up at all?

At any rate this fight needs Steve Smoger or Vic Drakulich (my 2 favorite refs) or somebody that can at least see the more obvious fouls.

With proper officiating, I'll take Agbeko by close UD or even maj/split decision in a brawl.
