How can anyone place this bum at the top? I have been saying this for years Pacquiao can't box! I do believe he was juicing too! Thats what enable him to take those big shots from Cotto, and Margarita. Even though those guys were coming off knockout victories and at a career alltime low when Pacquiao fought them, he still should have been hurt by those shots in the early rounds. If you watch all of the fights below you can clearly see Pacquiao can't take a punch. He was even hurt in the last fight against Marquez. This guy should put up or shut up and retire. I'm so ready to see him get his ass whipped for like the 10th time. lol.

I’m not a fan of him and I don’t believe he is the no1 P4P fighter but let me get one thing clear if Manny is a ‘Bum’ what does that make 99% of other boxers who haven’t achieved anywhere near as much as Pac. For starters, anyone can be made into a star. Pacquiao achievements were all staged and given to him. Real boxing fans know this! Even Pacquiaos most recent fight was a gift!
