I agree,as much as I like Cotto and want him to win..Marga's will win,he has the style to beat Cotto and unless Cotto has work on clinching he will be KO'd again...

As much as I like Margs, he WILL NOT WIN. This time around he is not going to have the help of plaster. Instead Cotto will target his right eye until the ref has non other than to stop the fight but you know what? that will be much better than a brutal K.O. Cotto will definitely avenge his "loss". It's retire time for Margacheato.

Marg is a Pro Veteran Boxer. If he lands 100 punches on anybody, their face will be busted up. Im not saying hes clean or dirty(handwrap incident), but the amount of punishment he dished out to Cotto was insane. I saw him land mean uppercuts, body shots, straights and applied tremendous pressure. Cotto is not a fighter who can make adjustments in a fight, if plan A fails there is no plan B or C. Marg should win via TKO, due to accumulation of punches and pressure. Cotto's stamina is also shaky, but this is Boxing anything can happen!

couldnt have said it better myself, good post...ppl try to exclude the fact that margarito chopped cotto down in fight1 from the opening bell and was completely relentless til the time they stopped the fight, he was just non friggin stop...anybody, and i mean ANYBODY, is going to feel that heat one way or another...i've felt it myself in the ring and believe me, that pressure is no damn joke!

He landed well over a 100 on Roberto Garcia and Garcia looked like he walked in off the street after 12 rounds so yeah.

no way he landed 100+ punches on garcia man, quit playin lol...that fight was a true sparring session, by the end of the fight, they were chanting "Olé!" everytime garcia missed lol...margarito just toyed w/ that buster, he cold-****ed him right off the bat and put him on his @ss then took his foot off the gas just to get some rds in...real talk son.

nicely said, I feel the same way; there is no way a fighter would take that much punishment in the ring, as Margo has,.. if he has cheated in most of his fights,...but thats just my opinion; Cotto is doing the wrong thing by assuming Tony used the plaster; he is going to be in for a hell of a surprise,....whether Tony wins or loses,..

Absolutely. J'Leon knows. Margarito stops him in 10. This is Cotto's last major fight, ever. And Cotto-stans will have no legs to stand on anymore.

A few things haved changed in Margarito,That will be his downfall,

Margs has power but not as much with out his plaster.He's been K.O'd brutally by Mosley,and Tortured by Pacquiao,his eye has gone to zhit, and coming off another year lay off

No power and a bad eye,Two beating/year lay off..........................

You need to rewatch the fight then..Margarito landed alot of punches but Garcia had no regard for him or his "power". Margarito looked silly trying to box.
