You seem to be unaware that the wraps were not found to be "plaster wraps" but that a used pad was found with "traces"...TRACES , of 2 components of Plaster of Paris, and that these components arfe commonly and widely used in many products, and very much in cosmetics.
All they found was a used slightly stiffened pad with traces (meaning only determined by good lab testing) of two very common ingredients, which, I forgot to mention are also found in just about ever kitschen in the world. Common items.
Also the Commission all agreed that he did not know anything about the used pad, but was suspended for a year because "You are the head of the team" and should have known. A sort of "the buck stops here" .......... There was no evidence of any sort of plaster or stiffening material. It was all a very overdone performance by Sherlock Richardson, who also tried to drag Felix trinidad's name in the dirt just beofre the Hopkins fight also.
