So.....will the WBC strip Chavez jr. of his belt?

How many times can they say "Sergio Martinez is next" before they actually strip him? lol it's actually getting to the point of just pure comedy. Likewise, it's equally as funny that Martinez keeps believing the WBC will actually enforce their own rules.

So what's the chance the WBC actually demands Chavez to fight Martinez? 50%? 5%? Or will they allow him to fight another Peter Manfredo? The answer is obvious, just sayin.

Arum has been throwing some CASH there way.

There's a 35% chance, that they will enforce there rules.

Obviously not, special rules for boxing aristocrat Jr and WBC standards for everyone else.

Rubio deserves a shot at the wbc belt.

He should, I agree there. But I'm just focusing on the WBC and their own rules, which here is yet another example of how they continue not to enforce. It's just blatantly corrupt.

My opinion is that Chavez & Canelo should just fight now, while their both undefeated and stars. It's only a matter of time before chavez loses to someone so might as well make the fight now or we'll end up with a Gamboa vs JaunMa scenario.

Understandable, but come on, I'm starting to think that this is a PLOT just like everyone else, they are trying to keep him undefeated like his dad was.

My prediction: WBC is probably serious about giving Martinez a shot at the belt, but Dibella will advice Martinez to just let it go and have Martinez fight Macklin so Dibella could get Andy Lee a shot at the WBC belt, a more realistic opponent for Chavez. Then Dibella will setup an Andy Lee vs Martinez showdown for the WBC belt if Andy Lee wins.

The WBC have given their word on multiple occasions that Martinez is next after Chavez gets his optional out of the way.

I think Julio will either drop the belt to fight Canelo or go ahead and fight Martinez.

Chavez Jr will continue to fight bums - WBC won't mind

Canelo will continue to fight bums - WBC won't mind

These 2 men right here are what wrong with boxing. Its a joke. They both do not deserve to be champions and if you win a vacated title you should at least fight the top contenders for crying out ****ing loud. These two guys sicken the **** out of me. Canelo fighting Cintron after getting outboxed by a journeyman and not fighting the true best fighters in the weight class and only fighting cintron for the sake of his name. And I dont even want to talk about Chavez Jr is pisses me off to ****ing much
