No, not when it comrs to PED use in pro sports. If there must be evidence for people to be su****ious of a pro athlete using PEDs, then there wouldn't be any drug testing of any kind in the 1st place. Why should an athlete even submit to a urine test if there hasn't been any proof that he/she has ever used PEDs?
