While his first fight with cotto was close, as a cotto fan i would rather not see him fight clottey again. Not because clottey is dangerous, but there are way better fights out there for miguel, who is only gonna fight 2 or three more time probably.

I also happen to think cotto is a better boxer than the first time against clottey.

    margarito-clottey would be pretty dope.

Why should Cllottey get a chance for the fifth time to fight a champ?

      He's lost his first four.

He always finds a way to lose the big one.

i agree. . . while it would be a good fight, i would just rather see them both go their own separate ways, and see cotto tackle newground in the little time we have left to enjoy him. . .

        i like clottey/margarito. . . good HBO fight. . .

Why not fight the winner of Cintron/Canelo instead? I like that way better..

Can't wait to see Clottey at 154, imo he was killing himself to make 147.

while i like that proposition, unfortunately, canelo is GBP and clottey is arum. . . think oscar has other plans for canelo. . clottey is too high risk/low reward, and especially for a non "in-house" fight. . .

althought i think cintron is with arum now? or did he get released from his contract like he asked? either way, it's just not very likely to happen. . .

hellz yeah he was! lol dude was rehydrating to 170. . . guys like clottey with thick musculature frames and EXTREMELY low bodyfat must have a hard time cutting weight. . . he probably walks around at 175-180 pounds @ 7-8% body fat. uhhhggg i would hate to imagine how brutal his training camps were when cutting weight. . . i can't stand going to bed on an empty stomach. . . and pounding water on an empty stomach is a bad feeling. . . 72 hours before weigh-in when u begin ur final cut and drain ur body of ALL fluids. . . damn must be hard.

i gots to have me carbohydrates! im like mexicans - we have hard time curbing out diet!

If you think Marquez is good enough for higher weight than why not test Clottey, Cotto or Margs..
