Lacy: Moving to 175 not a problem!

If Lacy moves to 175lbs without fighting Calzaghe, I'll be very dissapointed in him!!!

I love Joe as much as anyone but dont dare blame Jeff Lacy...if Joe wanted the damn fight it was last Saturday and it would have been in his own back yard to boot.

Martin cmnon man...you would be very disappointed in Lacy if he moved uip in weight and challenged the unified Lt HW champion?

I want big fights and so should you...waiting on Calzaghe (which we both have been doing) has not been paning out, if Lacy has multiple plans for super fights then Im with him...

Don't be dissappointed in Lacy be dissapointed in Calzaghe. He has had plenty of opportunities to fight Lacy but turned them all down. Lacy is even willing to fight in his hometown so he has no excuse.

Guys guys guys... I'm not blaming anyone if the fight doesn't happen, I'm just saying I'd be a little bit dissappointed in Lacy.

I hate all this "blame" that's floating around Calzaghe and Lacy at the moment as it is!... Neither of them are to blame at this stage. Calzaghe broke his hand... It's frustration not blame.

I'd only be a little dissappointed in Lacy, because after getting us all excited about the possible match up, he's not willing to wait several months for Calzaghe's hand to heal.

I would be disappointed because I really want to see lacy beat him down......but I will not be disappointed in Lacy he is and was willing he did his part nobody to blame but Joe if it never happens...I would like to see lacy/Kessler also before he moves up but we will see how the politics of the game play out.

I dunno why you lot are so critical towards Calzaghe... All Lacy has to do is fight Calzaghe in February/March 06'. It's as simple as that!

There's been one little hicup, (a broken hand) and Lacy will be coming into the fight slightly fresher because he's just had another fight. And it's not as if Jeff Lacy has been fighting "World Beaters" in the meantime.

All Lacy has to do is sign the contract... But I'm getting worried that he's gonna use the "Calzaghe broken hand" as an excuse not to take the fight, claiming that Calzaghe has had his chance, Well that's bull**** if you ask me.

Some fights take years to make, and timing on both fighters part is important... This fight is simple to make, all Lacy has to do is sign the contract for Calzaghe to be his next fight in Feb/Mar - Lacy will be fighting someone then anyway, so it might aswell be Calzaghe rather than another "past it".

Lacy is a throwback fighter he wears little or no midsection guard and wants to fight frequently if calzaghe can't get his ass in gear and be ready why should lacy keep his career on hold for him.
