Former welterweight champion Kermit Cintron (33-4-1, 28 KOs) feels motivation from the well-known boxing rivalry between Puerto Rico and Mexico. Cintron challenges undefeated WBC junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez on Saturday night in Mexico City. Cintron is the most experienced opponent that Alvarez has every faced to date. Cintron has watched Mexican boxers winning most of the recent battles against Puerto Rican fighters, but he plans to change that.

Just don't try to win by diving out the ring. Lmao.

Once it gets tough in there, he will have a mental breakdown as usual. Cintron has never beat anyone worth of noting. All his KO wins are literally against nobodies. Most significant win was Perro and that's not saying much. Canelo by TKO!! And sorry leaping frog kermit all you have been is a drag for PR in the rivalry.

P.s. Not saying canelo has had stiff comp. But he still ****s on kermit.

but idk a motivated cintron is dangerous he can still punch and is tall and rangy. If canelo is not prepared he can have problems with cintron. But cintron used to be much better with out shields
