How Mexicans/Mex-Americans feel about Margarito

this but he is a warrior and a g. Dude brings it everytime he steps in to the ring. He is exiting to watch and never says no even if hes getting his sht pushed in. War Margarito

I used to be a Margacheato fan until I found out what he did.

I am actually supporting and cheering for Cotto this weekend.

I favored Cotto over Margarito prior to Marg being caught with loaded gloves though I rooted for Tony in other fights. After he was outed as a cheater I washed my hands of the dude. Imo, he shouldn't have been allowed to fight Pac let alone Cotto again.

As far as comparing him to the Mexican greats you mentioned: not even close. Whether he cheated or not he's not ever in any performance that I've seen or heard of been even a little bit close to the class of those great warriors. Never has been. Never will be.

From what i have seen personally, their nationalistic pride overrides any wrong doing on Margarito's part

So basically most love him no matter what just because "he's one of them"
