Actually Margarito fans now have HUGE excuses after this fiasco from Top Rank and NYSAC.

Margarito was YANKED from training in Mexico, flown over to New York to face a battery of tests and be questioned, and has had the most critical time in his training regiment disrupted. The fight is a couple weeks away and the man is running around New York City doing god knows what.

If he loses (which he probably will) this will be excuse #1. Margarito would be wise to get his own private lawyers to sue if he does lose, and also to protest the fight.
