You must have had a ****ty stream or something.
the mere fact that you aren't acknowledging the difference between Miguel's facial tissue's resilience to damage pre-margarito, and post-margarito, means you have no ****ing clue what you're talking about

ever since Marg/Cotto I, every fight Cotto has been in, his face comes out looking like hamburger.

    however

his face tonight looked NOTHING like it did in the first fight, NOTHING if you directly compare the two

Did Cotto run across the ring in two hops or not?

      ANSWER THE QUESTION.

you're using "running" as a derogatory term. The same way 99% of boxingfans uses it.
Miguel wasn't running. Running would mean you avoid confrontation at all cost, and just try to win time and/or potshot to score points.

Miguel moved to dictate where the fight took place. He cut off the ring, and trapped Margarito.

If you wan't to see a man running, look at Oscar vs tito in the second half. It's not the same thing.

You're a superduper trainer. How do you feel Cotto should have fought? Just planted his feet and slugged it out instead of using Margaritos inferior boxingability (his straight forward moving is so laughable. No attempot whatsoever to even try to cut off the ring) and slow plodding footwork to gain a better position to throw his combos?

Is this running? No, this is boxing.
Margarito just happens to be a much worse boxer than Cotto.

I'm a Cotto fan, but the last two rounds, despite out punching/landing Margarito, he was running away from confrontation. The last 2-3 rounds looked exactly the same as when Cotto fought Pacquiao at the end of the 9th, 10th, and 11th rounds.

i can't believe people don't see the stark resemblence between Cotto/Pac's final 3 rounds, versus the last 2 rounds in this fight. Cotto was on his bicycle the exact same way, just like the last two rounds of Cotto/Mosley

          Cotto clearly has stamina issues

Cotto used poor footwork, he would circle into Margarito's right hand throughout the entire fight, and when he'd circle away after landing a big shot, Cotto would literally backpedal across the entire ring. This isn't boxing, it's potshotting and avoiding conflict

Can you explain how go across a 20X20 ring in two hops MANY MANY times isn't running?

            Wow, you really are pathetic.

That's the logical thing to do.

But that's what seperates warriors like Margarito from the rest.

They fight out of heart and don't protect themselves.

But the eye did play a big factor, so to say it doesn't matter, is quite ******.

No excuses lol, it is honorable to lose if you give them hell. Still the fight wasnīt that relevant, a cheater and a shot boxer who both sold their soul to Arum giving away too much advantages to his cash cow (Pac.).

Btw, it is funny to see how Cotto was very happy when the fight was stopped and then got very serious when he realized that a rematch might be coming

rematch? not even arum thinks that fight would sell. besides, I doubt Cotto resigns with TR, I have a feeling he's moving onto other horizons.

If they sent him to fight Mayorga, a rematch is logical, it was a good fight after all. When I say it wasnīt relevant I mean the winner isnīt going anywhere afterall, but still a good fight to casual boxing fans.
