Comments Thread For: Manny Pacquiao: You Can't Always Win a One-sided Fight

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquaio is confident that he won a twelve round decision in his trilogy fight with Juan Manuel Marquez on November 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Probably since the second fight with Marquez in 2008, Pacquiao has dominated the competition - including lopsided wins over Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Joshua Clottey, David Diaz, Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito.

you can't win any side against mayweather period.which is why you won't fight him.everytime you sign to fight somebody not named mayweather or after you've already have a fight signed, its then when you open your mouth and say that you take the test. ok ducquiao lets hear now? coward

I think he's absolutely right.. This was a close fight it coulda went anyway.. No ody really dominated. The thing everybody is failing to realize though, nobody wasted their money on this fight.. They put it all on the table compared to these last couple of fights. This was true entertainment...

that would be true, but the best argument that can be made for pac is a draw.......other wise he lost a close fight to marquez. I'm sick of the crying @ this point............

Manny's right as usual but that doesn't apply in this case because he won 10 rounds to 2

It happened 3 times , " The New Manny Pacquiao " couldnt even beat Marquez at 38 YEARS OLD with all the advantages .

Max Kellerman : " No matter how great a fighter and how great his resume, the way a guy looks as good as Pacquiao, is always a result of good matchmaking, not to diminish Pacquiao's accomplishments, but he's been matched very well against big but usually aging or faded fighters. The last time he fought a great fighter in or around that fighter's mind, was Juan Manuel Marquez... the money is settled. this is about arum in pacs ear. he knows that mayweather will embarrass pacquiao in front of the whole world and arum can't and won't stand for it.
