Both fighters, Canelo and Jr, are well protected investments, that´s why the fight´s not gonna happen so soon. Their brand names will be marketed some more before anyone puts them against each other in the ring, if ever... Chavez-Martinez isn´t gonna happen so soon either, if it ever does... I like Freddie Roach, but there´s no doubt in my mind Sergio would **** Jr were they to meet anytime soon. Rubio is a possibility, I would also be interested in Chavez Jr vs. Andy Lee. Interesting matchup stylewise I think.Comment

I can't believe what I just read on this screen! How the hell is the catchweight king saying he doesn't even like Catch-weights? His prize fighter's claim to fame has been almost exclusively at catchweights... I think Freddie is one of the best in the business, but this is one quote that he should have never stated publicly. Wow!
I guess the translation would be: "I only like catchweights when its to my fighters advantage, but as soon as its a disadvantage to my fighter, then I want no parts of it"Comment
