I used to really like Freddie. He seemed like a reasonable and knowledgable guy. But, he's beginning to say some ****** things. If this quote is true, he's embarrassed himself badly with a blatant show of hypocrisy. Double standards and selective truth may be the domain of the slimy promoter (I'm looking at Arum here), but hard working boxers and coaches should be a bit more direct and honest in their remarks. Sort it out Freddie.Comment

He's losing his mind after his cash cow's lost. I found it hilarious how HBO made it seem like Roach was a more accomplished trainer than Beristain and one of the best ever.
Who does he have other than Pacquiao??Comment

No they shouldn't. Canelo has never fought at 160. Hes fought more at 147 than anything. Why does everyone all of a sudden expect him to move up to 160. He could probably easier go back down to WW and fight guys there.Comment

Seriously they should have a serious of Nacho Beristain, he is all class and has been training way long more than Freddy. Freddy is only famous for having Pacquiao as a hypejob and for being ill.It admirable that he works under his conditions, but Beristain is almost 70 and still training guys. How come Beristain has never won a trainer of the year? Seriously.Comment
