Mayorga is a glorified bum. Anybody losing to him should be embarrassed. I like Mayorga b/c he's entertaining, and I wouldn't discredit Trinidad for beating him, but really I never took Mayorga seriously as a fighter. He's not Butterbean, but he's also not a very serious contender. Mayorga is the current Iran Barkley, nothing more.

And I do like Trinidad, just think he was overrated. I'd pick many guys to beat him right now, or even in his prime. He was pretty one-dimensional, you have to admit.
