Do Top Rank fighters have rights?

Seems like once you sign with Top Rank you sign over your rights. Every Top Rank fighter says they fight who ever Arum says to because he's the boss...

Golden Boy Promotions says the fighters are the boss because THEY hire the promoter and the fighters are the ones bringing in the cash.

So, what is going on at Top Rank?

at the end of the day the fighters do have a choice, at least the bigger named guys.

Take Gamboa for example. He's the one that wants to move up and fight Rios. Bob Arum/Top Rank, they are just trying to make happen what he wants.

Now I'm sure Top Rank does one hell of a job using their influence and making their case either by lying or whatever for their fighters to do what they think is right, but again at the end of the day the fighters do have the right to say no or whatever. Cotto for example has said "no" to top rank a few times in the past and they couldn't do anything about it.

You think Pacquiao doesn't have the power to say "no bob, I'm not fighting marquez again I'm fighting Mayweather or I'm retiring"? Obviously he does. Whether or not he realizes that or cares is a different story.

yeah they have the right to chase a fighter who hides behind "blood tests" for 2 years
they have the right to NOT hit women
they have the right to give their fans a good fight worth their money
they have the right to not cheap shot and sucker punch
