The reason the Rematch hasn't happen yet theirs not enough money for a major network to buy the rematch this year so that's way Salido wants to fight him next year so he doesn't have to fight Juanma for peanuts this year. He's gotta get his money and that's way we have to wait it's called RINGLIFE.

You know the sad thing about this is.

If he didn't rematch Juanma, no one would care about him. No one would talk about him and he would probably take a year off with the belt and eventually lose it to some no name.

Juanma takes his belt back. Otherwise Juanma fades into nothing.

¿There's not enough money? ¿R U out of u'r mind? HBO & showtime have WAY MORE than enough $$$$ to pay ANY fighter for ANY fight & they pay the fighters & the promoters a VERY GOOD amount to have the fights on their networks..The main problem here is that Juanma's head is still swollen & is NOT from the shots he received from Salido or his last opponent(Oliver), it's from the fact that Juanma forgot about the ASSWIPPIN Salido gave & the fact that he DID not look good & DIDN'T impress anyone in his last fight & thinks he's a "Superstar" & has a major "Rock Star attitude" & Juanma is asking for WAY MORE money than what he actually deserves!! That's the main reason why this rematch hasn't been done..& by the way Juanma looked in his last fight(hasn't made any adjustments or improvements) Salido WILL KO Juanma again & probably even quicker than the 1st time!!

Man I know Salido is going to win the rematch and yeah his head was all swollen before the fight and he got beat so if you say that HBO and SHOWTiME has the money why the hell didn't they do the rematch than. BOB Arum could have had Salido vs Lopez on a independent PPV but he wanted to get paid also by a major network Like HBO and SHOWTIME and they already maxed out their budget for the year Einstein. So than you tell me why didn't this fight get made than this year.
