the video actually makes no sense, the Ward vs Kessler fight was in Oakland, California - the Pacquiao vs Margarito fight happened in Texas. Different states, different rules. Plus (since the thread is about Cotto), I doubt Cotto and those in his camp would allow his opponent to tamper with their hand wraps in ANY ILLEGAL fashion AGAIN in Las Vegas. But not to rule out ******ity, someone could post a video of Pacquiao and Cotto wrapping their hands for that fight.

The video creator could improve this video, make it at least appear more legit (unless you guys have a Texas boxing rules link) by showing Margarito wrapping his hands for THAT fight and if he does NOT stack it would clearly make Pacquiao look bad. Plus I'm hard pressed to believe Garcia (after the loss) wouldn't complain and use HBO PPV footage to protest Pacquiao's win...clearly, we're more concerned (likely for no reason) about this legality than he or anyone in his team is.
