Funny, I finally had a chance to watch the fight and was expecting to see Marquez completely toying with Pacquaio, based on what I read on this forum prior.

I was disappointed. How can ANYBODY honestly say Marquez was robbed? At worst a draw but I did NOT see the clear victory for Marquez at all. If anything Manny was coming forward all night while Marquez was going backwards missing A LOT of his shots too.

where are these claims of marquez getting the "crisper, cleaner, more effective" punches coming from?

because marquez face at the end of the fight was in a horrific state.
