Rarely is Chavez Jr. comfortable enough to throw, the same weaknesses stand out; he needs alot of time and room to operate.

Martinez will end his career so we'll never see that. I can't wait til the Puto CHvaez gets exposed
Martinez = Super high risk, low pay
Rubio = High risk, very low pay
Canelo = High risk, high pay and Jr. is the bigger man.
It's a no brainer, now let's see if Jr. will agree too, and make the catchweight.

I just watched the fight and thought Chavez Jr. looked pretty sharp. His punches had power and snap, he boxed well at times (not the whole fight though) and he showed that he could take a good punch...
Observation about the gloves: Did anyone else notice that Manfredo's Everlast gloves looked bigger and bulkier than Chavez' Grants? The Grants looked like 8-10oz while the Everlasts looked like they might be 12oz. Did Manfredo opt to use a bigger glove? It just kinda stood out to me, not that it's a big deal...
