Now, the opponents Warren was giving him in between letting him languish for protracted spells of inactivity were more like bums. It's a little unfair to expect Kell to leap straight from that kind of comp to the Mike Jones' and Andre Bertos of this world, fighters who have been getting all the seasoning Kell wasn't getting all this time, even if he'd be happy to make that leap himself. There needs to be a gradient towards that level, or else we get another Kevin Mitchell situation (potentially).
