I'm a big fan of Sergio, but he needs to stop calling out WW's, when he himself wont even move up 1 weight class to face the top opposition there. In my opinion, a great fight would be him vs Kirkland. Its a very marketable fight.

As for the Pac haters.....You claim Pac should have moved down to 135 or 140 to face JMM because he could make the weight, yet complain that he doesnt want to move up to 154 to face Sergio! Which is it? I wont even fault Floyd for not fighting him. The man is going to have a tremendous weight advantage come fight night if the fight is held at 154. Martizez would enter the ring weighing 165-170. The highest Floyd has ever weighed on fight night was 152 vs Oscar. Not sure about Pac's highest fight night weight. Anyone know?

Wow, if he wants to fight May or Pac, he needs to fight them at 147. He could be tPound for Pound #1 if he goes up and fights the best in his division and super middleweight. Why he picking on guys that weigh under 150 on fight night? Both May and pac have moved up and been champ in multiple divisions. He needs to do the same.

Exactly! Floyd took a chance and got in the ring with Oscar who outweighed Floyd, while Pac took a chance and got in the ring and got in the ring with Margarito who weighed 163lbs on fight night. Why cant Martinez do the same instead of calling out 2 small WW's?

Well put, he needs to get in there a fight Lucian Bute. He fights the best at MW and SMW, im sure he would be #1 without fighting Pac or May .

I like Martinez but him calling out Welterweights to move up and fight him is getting a bit tiresome. Why doesn't he fight people his own size? Or even move up himself to 168?

Why dont he looks to ight the elite at MW?
what's wrong with dropping down fighting well within the light middleweight limit against a guy who until recently held the WBC light middleweight world title and is considered to be at the top of the p4p tree?
oh yeah, other than that pacquiao winning that title was a complete and utter circus.
