Eh man is starting training in Boxing at age 19 too late for a career?

    Eh man is starting training in Boxing at age 19 too late for a career?

    I train in both MMA and Boxing and started doing so last year this month.....


    I train at both gyms but wanna do Boxing more so...Its a lot closer to home for me....


    I'm 20... 5'11 225lbs and have a 77-78 inch reach...Am I too late?

    If you're asking this question then you obviously don't have enough belief in yourself. Work hard and you'll be rewarded, age is no limit.

      Off course not.Nate Campbell 25 when he started i believe Sergio Martinez 19 not saying you will get to where these guys got but just shows anything can happen with the right mindset

              You just went from 19 to 20 in the space of writing an article.

              With that rate of ageing, I don't like your chances.

                I started training in November 2010 when I was 19.....


                I'm 20 now going on 21 and my birth date is in January ......

                  At 5'11 and 225 I'd give my honest opinon stick to MMA and work on a ground game. Today's heavywieghts range upto 6'8 and I'd say you would be too small. You would have to have Iron Mike tyson speed, defense and heavy hands. Defense can take years to master and at 20 your odds are agnist you

                    It's all about natural talent and hard work. If you're 19 and have the talent it's not too late. Look at Sergio Martinez.
