    Rockins 25 million point question

What ex-professional fighter was majority share holder of the newly formed I.B.C(Newyork) in 1947 also holding the contracts of 4 of the top heavyweights in the world. He held the contracts of Ezzard Charles, Lee Savold, Jersey Joe Walcott and Gus Lesnevich. He would, soon after forming the Newyork chapter, assign these fighters solely to the I.B.C?

For 25,000,000 points who was this ex-fighter?
