I watch Martial arts competition, whether it be boxing, jiu jitsu, or ufc etc. to see great displays of martial arts skills. Not a "simulation of a real fight". In a "real fight", both people are unlikely to be trained in any martial arts, and just use raw, unfocused body force.

And you're completley wrong, most people with any training in defensive boxing would beat the **** out of some shmuck on the street.
