Vernon is a top 10 fighter in the division. Just because he isn't ranked there doesn't mean he isn't. He's just been moving slowly and its hurt him in the ranks. TBH, Vernon has the talent and probably is top 5 fighter in that division. He could probably beat any fighter at 140 not named Bradley or Khan and even those two dudes he could hang with. Vernon is a good fighter and there isn't many guys out there that can beat him.
