Commission instructed Margarito lawyer to contact him and see if he will submit to an exam. Commission gave him 1 hr to contact Margs.

Commission passing the buck here. Seems to me it will find a doctor and that doctor will approve Margarito and then commission is shieled.

I think this order for Margarito means ultimately the fight will stay in NY. Too much political and financial pressure to let it go.
