when pacquiao has to constantly move and follow to hit an opponent, he gets leg cramps. he didn't suffer from these cramps against DLH, hatton, cotto, clottey and margarito because he did exactly what he does during training camp... punch and dance in front of punching bags.

Just look at the size of his claves and that maybe a reason to why he gets these cramps but it is difficult to asses the problems because he seems to be fine during the training camps.

Strong calves would prevent cramps because the muscle is more durable and less likely to be overworked.
