Where should Margarito vs Cotto II move to?

Below are a few of the locations that have been mentioned as hosts for the fight should NY decline Margarito's license...

Which would be the best possible alternate location for the fight?

    Chicago
    Atlantic City
    El Paso
    Mississippi

    Other possible locations?

Houston (Chavez defending there could help boost sales for La Batalla II)
Miami (Cotto could bring in big numbers there)
Philly (Historic fight town; large hispanic population)
Mexico City (Would sell out Azteca Stadium)
Tijuana (Margs won the first fight; why shouldn't he get home advantage)
Puerto Rico (Would sell out any stadium there)

    There are only three options.

    Denver
    Texas
    Mississippi

If NY does not permit 'Rita to fight then the other commissions should respect that decision. A fighter's health comes first.

Texas can be bought off and so can Mississippi clearly.

That would only leave Mexico and Puerto Rico as options.

Just read on Fat Dan's twitter that one of the worlds most respected eye doctor has backed Tony for this (as well as a second). Doesn't seem like it's about health if they're ignoring that. More of just not wanting him to fight.

Of course he is gonna support him fighting, because he the one that did his operation.

Two of the top eye doctors in the world also testified that he shouldn't be allowed to fight. Seems to me like it isn't a clear thing.
