What most people don't know about Manny Pacquiao is that the "foot cramps" he gets can be potentially fatal, so sometimes in order to alleviated the pain he takes a shot or two to the head. That way he can concentrate on the ringing in his ears or his eyes crossing so he won't have to feel the excruciating pain of those foot cramps.
