I think there is no injury, Bob Arum just realized that he needed much more time to promote this mediocore fight, Rahman being 5 to 1 underdog and they made up an injury. That makes much more sense to me.

If thats true, then boxing is a disgrace and Arum is even slimier than King.

Think about it, Rahman didn't dominate Barrett, there was no spectacular KO. The way that Williams and Sanders fight sold was that everyone knew about Williams KO over Tyson and Sanders KO over Wlad. Rahman did nothing but show 35k people that ordered the ppv and everyone in the stands an extremely boring fight. Now with a week away, is a wbc heavyweight fight getting as much publicity as it shoud on tv and so on. Definetly not. Tyson's comeback to McBribe got more publicity than this. There is allot of money involved, and money is what counts.

It looks like K2 is at war with DKP. Every time Wlad tries to fight Byrd, Vitali schedules a fight with Rahman. Every time Wlad doesn't get the fight, Vitali reschedules his. I didn't time it, but it looks like Vitali's re-scheduling is always within 2-4 weeks of the news that "Byrd refuses to go to Germany for $3 mil". Just a thought.

I heard Toney is going to participate in a HW eating tournament. I heard Kirk Johnson is invited and Danny Williams will appear as a guest star

The only reason i would have considered buying this was for the undercard fights. But i still wouldnt have bought it.
