World champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, who defends his WBC super welterweight championship against Puerto Rican Kermit Cintron on the 26th of November at the Monumental Plaza Mexico, is training very hard. Alvarez completed some very tough sparring with world ranked Nobuhiro Ishida. The camp is taking place in Jalisco under the supervision of Edison and Chepo Reynoso. This Saturday Canelo will finish up his camp before traveling to Mexico City.

i remember de la hoya said alvarez KO'ed ishida during sparring. idk if it is true or not, but pretty crazy to know he's carrying on with training as well as fighting next weekend. good luck to both ishida and alvarez, hopefully saul can have a good performance.
