Do you sometimes think it's ALL fixed?

You know, sometimes I look at all this drama and think, do you think there is a higher power (like DK, Goosen, HBO, Showtime, Top Rank, K2, etc, etc...) that schedules these kind of things and just looks out there to make more money on every fight? Think about this: For a year we are getting this BS about VK vs. Rahman. Then WBC schedules Sam vs. Maskaev for #1. At the same time, the most anticipated fight of the year VK vs. Rahman gets re-scheduled, which opens up two even more interesting fights: Rahman vs. Maskaev II, and VK vs. Maskaev (which would be just HUGE in Europe). It almost makes you wonder if all these people meet once in a while and decide on how to make more $$ by generating more interesting and anticipated fights. I know that I sound like a conspiracy theory freak but I am not that, just pissed off and drunk.
