She pretty much says he found her on a modeling website and invited her to dinner. They were supposedly going to discuss some promotional/business matters and then he asked her to go to the room with him and from there he tried to take advantage of her using his name. She told him no because she had a dentist appointment the next day. She decided to go with him as she started feeling comfortable with him after he told her he would take care of her health expenses, that was until he started talking drugs and alcohol. She says she was not an escort girl and did not get paid for sexual favors, only to go to dinner with him. Lawyer says she decided to stay and she endured things that were scary and dangerous to her. The reason they are bringing this to court is that when she would say no Oscar would say yes. She was fine with going up stairs but not with the rest of the things. She said that if she had known what was going to happen she would of never gone up stairs. She didnt leave the room because then she wouldnt have her health expenses paid for as Oscar said. She didnt know she would be in danger from not leaving. She locked the door and said no, these things are too far out for me and they are making me feel uncomfortable. She didnt leave until 4am as she screamed at Oscar telling him to stay away. She said the consensual sex started after 11pm. Their case is that while he was high/drunk he started to act aggressive and intimidating after she wanted the party to stop and he insisted that it hadnt. Oscar ordered drugs to the room and told her to invite a friend since she was not too enthused. He was wearing both their lingerie.
She pretty much screwed a guy she just met so she could get her teeth fixed. Now she wants millions of dollars because Oscar made her feel uncomfortable prohibiting her from leaving.
