Is Ring Magazine Full Of It???

I think so. there whole ranking system needs a overhaul. how is he still #1
p4p when he went life and death and really lost to a guy that mayweather easily schooled and spanked for 12 rounds??? recently alot of their p4p fighters have been getting exposed like martinez, donaire..these people had freaking juan manuel lopez ranked in their p4p at one point when he had never beat anybody and struggled against mtagwa and we all know what happened with him . p4p is supposed to mean dominance and SKILL in all aspects of the game. what say u?

            lol....

ok, lets play your game..maybe becuase floyd has only outperformed pac once vs common opponets...

hoya = floyd got away with split decison....pac tkod him in 8

hatton = floyd stopped him in ten...pac put him to sleep in 2

shane = floyd won 10 rounds to 2, almost got ktfo,... pac won all twelve rounds, put shane on his ass, made him begging for a stoppage....

so it's 3-1 pac, right now!

Pac won 10 rounds to 2 while floyd lost 3 outta 4

Froch or Donaire should be number 2

i think ring is a little Pro-pacquiao so to speak, but hey they're the most prestigeous boxing outlet that i know of. They just have some crappy writers. How were martinez and donaire exposed? explain please.

P4P rankings are just fantasy anyway...sure they can be cool to think about but they have vastly changed in recent years. You used to see guys fluctuate 4-5 spots on a regular basis depending on who they fought and how often they fought. Now it seems like it has become a stationary ranking almost. Additionally I have never seen people put so much pride (for lack of a better word) in a fictional ranking as they do now. Being the #1 fighter in your division is a greater accomplishment.

not just in the case of marquez pacquaio mayweather. their logic has been shown time again they are ranking incorrectly (ex. juanma) they need to revamp their whole ranking system dog
