Comments Thread For: Larry Merchant's Take on Pacquiao vs. Marquez III

Although veteran HBO color analyst Larry Merchant wasn’t in Las Vegas for the third go-round between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez, he still had a deep interest in the fight from his ringside experiences during their first two encounters. Speaking on the result of Pacquiao’s recent majority-decision victory, a fight that was again razor-close and could have gone either way, Merchant had much to share during our recent conversation for our ongoing column. "Mayweather has been the obstacle"...

Well obviously Merchant will say that....i dont think he and Floyd can stand each other, especially after the Ortiz thing. Merchant is an arsehole anyway....that said, i'll miss his voice when the old bastard finally decides to die.

Larry is very biased. Any person with a bit of sense knows it. That said Harry Balls, as one person once put it in regards to selling a fighter on air, british commentators could sell you oxygen the way they put the fighter over...no matter how **** said fighter is.

Typical biased, slime-ball, senile, hate-filled, covert bigot remarks.

Larry's points to do with Pac and May are just about as valid as Skip Bayless'
