Watched the FIGHT in slowMo (impressed w/ pac's right hook)

Just got finished watching it again. After the ref call them in the middle of the ring, i fast forward it to Buffer's announcing the scorecard. The judges are way off. Its still 12 rounds all for Pac and eachround with a knockdown. Final score card is 120-96.

I'm a boxing fan.....unfortunately any time you post something about PAC or Mayweather your either a ***** or *******. What I watched Saturday night was a competitive close fight with the nod going to the champion. I scored it a draw but after watching it in slow motion there were alot of punches thrown by PAC I didn't see at regular speed. Either way I still feel thefight could of gone to either man depending on how you judge a fight. I like the aggression of PAC but can't deny the counter punching of Marquez. I feel if PAC didnt attack first there wouldn't of been a fight in that ring. I'm sure Mayweather will watch this fight over and over because Marquez does have the blue print to beat Pacquiao. I blame Marquez manager for telling him in the later rounds your ahead.....Marquez gave away the fight in my eyes. For the record I was rooting for Marquez.

I used VLC player to watch the fight in slow motion.A lot of Marquez punches were missing the target, dodged, blocked by elbows, gloves and forearms while you cant see Pacquiao punches landing because it was so fast. Not to mention, Pacquiao punches a lot harder than Marquez and Pac landed more punches than Marquez. Marquez clear effective punches landed on Pacquaio was in the round he clearly won like round 5 and 8.

even that big right by Marquez that backed Manny up.....go rewatch it and focus only on Manny's right (so you don't miss what happened). Manny threw a quick short hook that staggered Marquez forward.

I stated to ignore Marquez right because it's obvious he landed something big, but what wasn't obvious was the hook Manny landed at the same time.

Little things like that went unnoticed throughout the fight.

i know you can score a point for a fighter if he hits the face/body ABOVE the belt but not BELOW the belt.. but what about if its ON the belt?

While I'm certainly no expert, it's really up to the person judging the fight. Personally I don't count the punches on the belt line unless a fighter has their trunks up Urkel style.

I even got one of Marquez's fan scoring round 4 for Marquez just because he landed a shot. It just shows that they discredit all the punches Pacquiao landed on Marquez because of one great shot.

yea i watched it in slow mo too, i got pac winning 115-113

pac landed a LOT of right hooks, you have to watch in slow mo to see them

he also landed a lot of straight left counters
