The bashing of Evander is getting old. He has gone through every possible test by the New York State Athletic Commission, and physically or neurogically, there are no problems. Evander will win this fight (promoted by Don King) and go on to regain the undisputed heavyweight title.

True. its a shame though. I'd pick even the Evander who drew with Ruiz to beat Golota. Holyfield's intensity earler on would have possibly made Golota crack up if they had fought a few years ago. it's too late. A shame because when Holy still had something it could have made a cracking fight.

This would have been an awesome fight about ten years ago. Now, I just don't want to see either one of them - Holyfield because he's too old to be fighting and Golota because he's too old and I'm sick of him.

i feel that this fight reminds me of going with my granpa to watch boxing at the olympic auditorium in los angeles in the sixties. seeing two washed up mentally handicapped guys go at it risking permanent brain damage for worthless money and little gain.

to a true art of boxing fan this smells.
