    Best explanation.

The sledgehammer has been a conditioning tool amongst fighters since the inception of combat sports. It is certainly not a new tool in the arsenal of combat athletes. It is however an inexpensive and excellent conditioning device. Unfortunately, the reemergence of sledgehammer training in the modern era has caused some confusion regarding this simple, yet effective training tool. This article will clarify the confusion, while also offering some brief workouts that will ****e up your conditioning routine.

For starters, swinging a sledgehammer offers numerous benefits. A condensed list includes:
    Improve work capacity
    Develop core strength
    Enhance grip and forearm strength
I highly recommend the sledgehammer for all combat athletes. As a young fighter, I regularly used both an ax and sledgehammer and can testify firsthand to the results. Sledgehammer training will undoubtedly improve your ability to maintain explosive power, round after round.

Thanks that is very interesting and I really wonder why more boxers don't trie that. I seen very few do that workout.

What he needs to do is throw his hands as fast and hard as he can for every minute of every round of training.

Cause his power don't mean shit if he will just get tired in the championship rounds and get beaten up again.

          Up that stamina!

I don't think Cotto was hitting the bag intensely but what i do notice is the way he is hitting the bag and the movements he is practacing are going to benefit him much more in this fight. Looks like he got himself a knowledgeable trainer for this fight. I see much improvement in Cotto than ever before. I am very interested to see how he is sparring now a days.

Looks like he might be on his toes more and bring out more of his boxing ability.

i can't wait for this fight, i honestly can't pick a decisive winner. i'd like to see cotto get revenge but man, if margs win i know he'll be down to give martinez a good payday so idk, may the best man win, can't wait. 24/7 should be awesome. i heard it'll only be like 2 episodes, not 4 though.
