It will be a similar fight to the three that preceded it. Marquez shows better technique, esytablishes his timing early in the fight. Outboxes and outclasses the Filipino. Lands the cleaner punches, dicates pace and range, makes Pac look confused and desperate . . . .

But they will give the decision to Manny.

EQUALS!
Except that even with a draw, the record would read Marquez as 0-2-2 against Pacquiao.

That doesn't seem like a rightful decision to me.

        Just read your sig.

I though Pacquiao would win, but it would be a very competitive fight. I posted my views on another forum saying this and praising Marquez and subsequently got my posts deleted and banned for wumming.

true, but everyone from our fistic era would look back and remember the fights as equal, regardless of what the record book says. . . kind of like ali/frazier - while the third fight ended in victory for ali - most people look back on that fight as being evenly fought. . . i had ali slightly winning by a few rounds, but the decision is meaningless - it shows that regardless of how great one fighter is, he will always have a rival who equals him.

and with lewis/klitschko - while the fight was stopped on cuts, everybody remembers it as "the last great, evenly matched HW fight", in which there was no real winner.

yeah everybody here was telling me how much of a "*******" i was and just trying to hype the fight. . . it was ridiculous. . . i kept telling everybody how disrespectful they were being to marquez, and COMPLETELY IGNORANT to the surrounding evidence.. . . now rather than giving marquez his just due, everybody is just saying how pacquiao is shyt and overrated and all this garbage. . . it's pathetic. . .

I expected Pac to win all three fights, I'm a huge fan of his.

The draw was a fair call in fight one.

I did score the second to Marquez very slightly, but had no problem with Pac getting the decision. The knockdown may have proved decisive.

The third time round I had the fight to Marquez by at least 2 rounds.

I might finally chance a bet on Marquez the fourth time round. No judge will want to be the subject of enquiry next time round. There will be a big focus on the judges next time. We might even see a Barerra vs Moralles 2 type of result (in other words Pac will look to have won the fight but Marquez will get the decision). If it can happen to Moralles (who had an unbeaten record at the time) it can happen to pound for pound king Manny.

I had it the same. I wasn't buying into that "JMM is going to be humiliated and Pacquiao is to run over him" crap 75-85% of the posters were talking about.

Márquez thrives on aggression, people were too ****** to realize that and are now calling Pacquiao a bum...

It's not black and white. Both fighters are good, they match up greatly. JMM will always make Pacquiao look bad.

A lot of posters here switch opinions more than Gatti took punches.

                  For the record I had:

Pacquiao vs Marquez I 114-111 Pacquiao
Pacquiao vs Marquez II 114-113 Pacquiao
Pacquiao vs Marquez III 115-113 Marquez

                      Marquez outboxed pacquiao period.

This sport is called boxing. And clearly you don't know **** about boxing.
Yes I don't know **** about boxing obviously.

First fight a draw due to scoring mistake (Pac win).
                      Second fight Marquez lost.
                      Third fight Marquez lost.

And Pac would beat him again if they ever met.

The Mexicutioner Pacquiao maybe just retired another Mexican "legend", hahaha!
