Marquez just cannot beat Pacquiao decisevely

He doesn't have what it takes to school Pacquiao the way Floyd schooled him two years ago, with Counter-punching, Defensive, Boxing Skills.

It was not decisive despite the knee jerk reactionaries, and the hysteria. By definition, it cannot be a robbery if people disagree. Unless the whole world had Marquez clearly winning, it's not a robbery.

JMM just cannot outbox him cleanly. And if he tries to engage him, he will get knocked out. Marquez simply needs to walk away and go back to Lightweight and get knocked down by guys like Katsidis, while Manny dominates against Full-Fledge, Top Ranked picked Welterweights.

    excellent post

not only can he not beat manny ,

but in my eyes and the eyes of 10 differnt judges, the score is

7-2-1 for pacquiao. [replaced judge fro 2nd fight had pac winning anyway]

    a very telling stat

like the judges, i acknowledge that jmm lost all 3 fights to pac.

Personally, I had it 115-113 for Pacquiao. A whole bunch of head scratching rounds where neither guy did anything to steal it.

That in no means makes my scorecard the end-all, be-all of scorecards, it just goes to show that it could've gone either way. 6 rounds to 6, or 7 rounds to 5 for either guy. Maybe even 8 rounds to 4 if you gave JMM all the close ones, WHICH I DIDN'T DO.

With that said, if it's close, you favor the guy coming forward, who also happens to be Champion. One of the rounds, I wasn't sure who to score for but then I saw the punch stats of that round, with Manny landing a few more and gave it to him just based on that.

It wasn't a robbery, because it wasn't clear who was winning. Most of the rounds were tough to score (I did see four rounds where Marquez completely dominated), but the rest were given to the more active fighter.

The fact that Pacquiao didn't dominate or KO Marguez makes it seem like a total disappointment. Some see this as a loss for Pacquaio and a moral victory for Marquez in a way.
